Make your AI progress reports look professional and on-brand. Customize colors, add your logo, and set a consistent message template.

Where to Find Report Settings

Go to AI Reports → click the Report Settings tab.

Color Themes

Choose from 5 built-in themes or create a custom design:

Theme

Look

Dark Pro

Dark background, dark cards, lime accent — sleek and modern

Classic White

White background, light gray cards, black accent — clean and professional

Minimal Gray

Soft gray background, white cards, dark gray accent — subtle and minimal

Clean Light

White background, very light blue-gray cards, sky blue accent — fresh and airy

Ocean Blue

Deep blue background, dark blue cards, cyan accent — bold and distinctive

Custom

Pick your own colors for accent, background, card background, and text

Click any theme to apply it — it saves automatically.

Custom Colors

When you select Custom, you get color pickers for:

  • Accent Color — used for highlights, progress bars, and headers

  • Background Color — the main report background

  • Card Background — the color of data sections/cards

  • Primary Text — main text color (secondary text color is set by the theme you selected)

Logo

Reports use your business logo from your profile settings. To update it, go to Settings → Business Information and upload your logo there.

Motivational Message

A custom text that appears at the end of the report (after habits and achievements). If you leave it blank, no motivational message will be shown.

Report Message Template

This is the Trainerize message that accompanies every report. It's what clients see in their chat when they receive the report.

Available placeholders:

  • {first_name} — the client's first name

  • {link} — the report link (if you forget to include this, it will be appended automatically)

  • {period} — the date range the report covers

Example template:

Hey {first_name}! Here's your progress report for {period}. Check it out: {link}

Preview Your Changes

All settings auto-save when you change them. To see how the report looks with your new branding, go to the Client Reports tab, select any client, and click Preview Report.
